Most orders are shipped the next business day, excluding public holidays provided the product ordered is in stock. Please note, that orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.

Standard Shipping usually takes 5 to 14 working days.
Express Shipping takes 2 to 3 working days.
Standard shipping means your order will be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier and will be received with your regular mail.
Once payment is received, orders are processed and shipped within one to two business days. PLEASE NOTE: Orders made on Friday, weekends or holidays are shipped the next business day.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are imposed once a shipment reaches your country. First Stop Stationery And Computer Supplies is not liable for any additional cost like customs duty and/or taxes which may apply to your package due to your country regulations, since we cannot predict or control the laws and regulations of custom. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies may vary from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information. If you refuse a shipment, you are still liable for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and or taxes that may incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package. We cannot be held responsible for delays which may occur as a result of courier related matters.
Returns on any item/s must be made within 7 days of the shipping date.
In order for returns to be accepted, merchandise must be in its original packaging, unopened. First Stop Stationery & Computer Supplies reserves full right to reject any returned goods, not meeting this stipulation.
We do not cover the cost of shipping, returns or replacement of item/s. All charges are your responsible unless the error was made on our end (such as wrong item). PLEASE NOTE: Please note that we are not responsible for items lost in return shipping, so please ensure you ship through a courier that offers tracking service.
Once the item has been received and processed, a refund will be issue in the form of store credit.
